Markteinführung des Océ JetStream Drucksystems in Frankreich
EDIPOST ist das erste Unternehmen in Frankreich, das ein Océ JetStream 1000 Inkjetdrucksystem mit Endloseinzug erworben hat.

September 2010 - Océ, international führend im Bereich des digitalen Dokumentenmanagement und der Auslieferung, gibt heute bekannt, dass EDIPOST als erstes Unternehmen in Frankreich ein Océ JetStream® 1000 Injetdrucksystem mit Endloseinzug erworben hat. EDIPOST, ein Unternehmen, das bereits über fünf Océ Schwarzweißdrucksysteme mit Endloseinzug verfügt, hat durch die Auswahl eines Vierfarbinkjetdrucksystem, das eine echte Industrialisierung der Produktion ermöglicht, seine enge Beziehung zu Océ weiter gefestigt.
Erstes Océ JetStream 1000 Vierfarbinkjetdrucksystem in Frankreich
Mit einer jährlichen Produktion von rund 100 Millionen Transaktionsdokumenten und Direktmailingschreiben ist EDIPOST ein allgemeiner Dienstleister mit bewährter Expertise im Bereich des Transaktionsddrucks und des Direktmarketing. Das Unternehmen verfügt über alle erforderlichen Fertigkeiten, um kundenspezifische Dienstleistungen anbieten und schnell auf große Mailing-Anfragen für strategischen Dokumente mit engen Terminen reagieren zu können.
In diesem Bereich kann die Océ JetStream 1000, mit ihrer Geschwindigkeit von 75 Metern pro Minute (1.010 Seiten im DIN-A4-Format in Vollfarbe), die Angebotspalette von EDIPOST und dessen 500 wichtigsten Kunden aus unterschiedlichsten Sektoren wie Versorger, Banken und Versicherungen sowie Kreditanstalten umfassend erweitern.
As a digital printing provider with a fleet of black & white and color printing systems, EDIPOST went one step further in equipping its staff with an inkjet system. Jacques Mouret, CEO of EDIPOST, said: “We’re proud to be the first company in France to operate an Océ JetStream 1000. Océ JetStream 1000 strengthens industrialization approach
The entire solution implemented by the company represents an overall investment of 3 million euros that reflects EDIPOST’s commitment to industrializing its production process.
The Océ JetStream 1000 primarily supports the production of transactional documents, including their new TransPromo applications. It allows 4-color printing of highly customized documents starting from the blank paper reel without the need for preprinted offset shells. Jacques Mouret comments: “Océ JetStream technology has revolutionized the production process in favor of the end customer, who benefits from being able to order their global printing services from the same supplier, with very fast reaction times and a significant cost reduction such as less waste and less stock. With this technology, our services become part of a truly industrial approach while promoting on-demand printing.”
The integration of the Océ JetStream 1000 inkjet system into a complete production line emphasizes this process of industrialization. In addition to the printing system itself, the production line will incorporate a Carroll hole punch and a TECNAU TC 1550 FT3 microperforator for inline dynamic microperforation.
In this respect, EDIPOST’s choice of the Océ solution was motivated by Océ’s ability to act as a solution integrator and project manager.
